Returns

Returns are not applicable after order confirmation, as equipment selection and planning are done specifically for each gym owner.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are considered only before order confirmation

  • Once procurement, planning, or scheduling begins, cancellation is not permitted

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if cancellation is approved

  • Planning, design, or administrative costs may be deducted

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
